Short description of the lesson: Each video has 3 sections "Watch, Try, Apply" Students watch the Garfield video then the video prompts the students as to what to do in each section. The videos cover each section of internet safety. (Refer to title)

Lesson Title - What is Works Cited and How do I do it?

Time needed: parts of 2 class periods, integrated with a core subject or elective project(s) depending on what the class members have learned previously.

Short description of the lesson: Beginning with a PowerPoint about citations, discussing the points with each class, and leading to use of BibMe.org for citing photographs used from Creative Commons.
The PowerPoint below is specifically for TMS and an ELL Glogster project. Edit/adapt as needed.




Online application used & other possibilities - Use of BibMe.org; creation of a Word document entitled Works Cited which is to be saved to the students' H drives.
